Short RP Sample:

“Alright, Jeff,” Quinn said, “as you are my nephew, I must show you the wonderful world of Broadway music.” Obviously Quinn knew the two-year-old had no understanding as to what she was saying, but later on, he’d go, ‘Oh, hey! I remember learning about this!’ as a 6-year-old and become a musical prodigy. Quinn adjusted her headband and looked at him in the eyes.

She cleared her throat. “This is Patti LuPone. Pah-tee La-Pown.” Quinn smiled, revealing a picture of the actress/singer. Jeff tilted his head. “Pratty LooPan?” Jeff annunciated, with great confusion. “No, no, no! Let me go for an easier one!” Quinn stated, frustrated. She grabbed for her home-knitted bag and pulled out a picture of Anthony Rapp.

 

“An-tha-nee Rahp.” Quinn smiled. “…Anthee Rahp.” Jeff stated. ‘At least he got the first part right…’ Quinn thought to herself. “Okay, Jeff, I understand that you’re very young; you run around my sister’s house naked, you love Barney…but can you at least try to work with me? All you’re doing is staring at me as if I’m on drugs which is frustrating.”

Short RP Sample: Julie heard the doorbell rang for the second time, she groaned in frustration as she covered her head with her pillow. “Go away!” She shouted as she hopes for the person to leave, The doorbell rang the third time and that’s when she gave in.

She marched to her front door, completely fuming as she does so. ‘Whoever this loser is will so get the piece of my mind..’ She thought to herself as she reached the front door and opened it wide, revealing her boyfriend, Stephen Stills. His cheeks were flushed as he tried to spit the words out of his mouth, “H-hi Julie..” He said stunned on his girlfriend’s appearance.

“What the fuck do you want Stephen!?” She said furious at him for waking her up, “Umm-” “Well!?” She screamed cutting him off. Stephen started pointing out on what she’s wearing, Julie’s brows furrowed as she looked down and saw that she’s only wearing a t-shirt and an underwear. “Never mind what the fuck I’m wearing Stephen, You’re my boyfriend so it’s fine!” She screamed at him trying to hide her embarrassment, “Now, what. the. hell. do. you. want?” She asked again but this time a little bit calmer. “Well, will you to our gig at Rock It?” He asked her with a beaming smile, hoping she would say yes. Julie stared at him for what seems like ages, both of them know she almost never goes to there gigs, thinking that his band sucks but then again she doesn’t really have any plans which is kind of shocking.

‘Maybe there will be at least something to do there..Ugh, can’t believe I’m doing this..” She thought to herself as she eventually admitted defeat. “Fine.. I’ll go to your stupid gig.” She told him, “Well it’s fine if you won’t go I under- Wait, really?” He asked her with a stunned look on his face. “Yeah, yeah.. don’t make me change my mind Stephen.” She said coldly as she leaned at the door frame, crossing her arms waiting for his response. “Great, I-I’ll pick you up at-” “Yeah whatever..” She said uninterested as she slammed the door on his face. “This better be worth it..” She grumbled as she walked back to her room, trying to analyze everything that just happened
